Sweet Heat Prawns

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
12 green prawns (shelled and deveined)
2 tbsp Sweet Heat Gourmet Sweet Chilli (any flavour)
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp canola oil
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
2 tsp chopped parsley
200ml thickened cream
Salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl marinate prawns with Sweet Heat, garlic and oil. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pan fry marinated prawns with remaining marinade and butter for about five minutes.
  2. Add spring onions, parsley, cream, and seasoning. Cook until the cream has a thick consistency. Garnish and serve with a garden salad. Enjoy!
